We offer a diverse range of training options including strength and conditioning, mobility & flexibility, martial arts, personal training, and small group sessions. Whether you’re stepping into training for the first time or looking to push yourself to the next level, our programs are designed to meet you where you’re at and help you keep progressing.
More than just workouts, Evange Fitness is about balance, growth, and long-term progress. Training Options
Self-Defence
Dynamic, practical, and realistic self-defence training with foundations in karate and its core disciplines. Progress through the ranks, build strength, confidence and fitness, and train alongside a supportive team — all while gaining real-world self-defence skills you can take with you anywhere.

Muay Thai
